About Us
5 Star Motivation is dedicated to enhancing the safety of schools while fostering a positive, nurturing environment for youth and their families. We offer a wide range of services, including one-on-one youth coaching and group mentoring, both in-person and remotely.
In addition to working directly with students, we incorporate Transactional Analysis into school systems, equipping educators with essential communication skills to promote a safer, more supportive environment.
Recognizing that the challenges of a toxic workplace can affect parents’ ability to engage fully with their children, we also provide Transactional Analysis training for managers. This approach is designed to help reduce workplace stress and prevent burnout, enabling parents to be more present and effective at home.
