Wellness, Connection, and Insight

Event begins at 8:30am with a 45 minute guided yoga, meditation, & sound bath sponsored by Bliss Holistic Center.
Vendor fair and speakers begin at 10am and ends at 3pm.

All are are invited to gather for a half-day dedicated to women’s health, growth, and connection. The Body • Mind • Soul Women’s Wellness Summit will be our 2nd Hosted Wellness Event 

Body • Mind • Soul Wellness Experience is designed to bring wellness focused businesses and experts together in one inspiring space where women can connect, learn, explore, and discover resources to support their personal wellness journey.

This experience is centered around creating meaningful connections between attendees and local wellness professionals while providing opportunities to learn more about the products, services, and practices that can help support wellness of the body, mind, and soul.

From holistic wellness and beauty to fitness, nutrition, mindset, self care, and overall well being, attendees will have the opportunity to meet a variety of wellness focused vendors, ask questions, gain insight, and discover new ways to support themselves personally and professionally.
