The EVolution Experience is a curated New Year reset designed for women who are ready to align leadership, confidence, and visibility and step into the year with clarity and momentum.
Created by Empowered Ventures Media Group in collaboration with four powerful local women leaders, this immersive experience moves participants through a complete personal and professional transformation. The day is intentionally designed to guide women from self awareness to embodied confidence to visible impact.
This is not a series of separate talks. It is a connected journey where each session builds on the last, helping women understand how they lead, how they show up, and how they are seen.
Sessions & Presenters
Sessions 1 & 2: Leadership, Self Awareness, and Confidence
Led by Morgan Massie & Myree Townsend
The experience begins with two foundational sessions focused on leadership clarity and self awareness using DISC. Morgan and Myree guide participants through understanding their leadership style, communication patterns, and how they are perceived by others. Through practical insight and real world application, women strengthen confidence, improve leadership presence, and gain clarity that carries into both personal and professional spaces. These sessions form the foundation for the work that follows.
Session 3: Embodied Confidence and Presence
Led by Isha Casagrande
In this session, insight becomes embodiment. Isha helps women align personal style with identity and leadership presence, demonstrating how what you wear and how you carry yourself directly influences confidence, credibility, and perception. Participants learn to translate who they are becoming into how they show up physically and visually, creating alignment between inner confidence and outward presence.
Session 4: Visibility, Personal Brand, and Being Seen
Led by Alita Rey
The final session brings everything together through visibility and personal branding. Alita guides women in translating leadership clarity and embodied confidence into a clear and confident brand presence. Attendees learn how to show up on camera, on social platforms, and in professional spaces in a way that feels authentic, intentional, and memorable. This session ensures the work of the day moves beyond mindset into real world impact.

Women leave The EVolution Experience with aligned leadership, clear self awareness, embodied confidence, and authentic visibility. More importantly, they leave knowing how to carry that alignment into 2026 with intention, presence, and momentum.

The EmpowHERment Summit & Expo is a signature annual event produced by Empowered Ventures Media Group in support of the Nevada Women’s Fund and in recognition of Women’s History Month. The Summit serves as a high impact platform for leadership, visibility, and connection, bringing together women leaders, founders, executives, creatives, and community advocates who are shaping the future of our region.
This in-person experience features powerful conversations, a curated women owned business expo, and intentional networking designed to foster real relationships and long term opportunity. Attendees can expect candid dialogue, actionable insights, and direct access to resources that support women’s personal, professional, and economic advancement.
Proceeds from the EmpowHERment Summit & Expo will be used to fund a leadership-focused scholarship awarded through the Nevada Women’s Fund, as well as a scholarship for the Female Founders Program through She Means Business, reinforcing a shared commitment to advancing women through education, leadership, and opportunity.
